2. Products, Pricing & Accuracy
• Pricing: All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP £) and are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
• Product Representations: We make every effort to display the colours and textures of our fabrics (Plush Velvet, Crushed Velvet, Linen) as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur depending on your device display calibration and natural fabric dye lots.
• British Safety Standards: All upholstered beds and mattresses sold by Royal Rest Interiors fully comply with the UK Furniture & Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988 (BS 5852).
3. Orders & Payment
• We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and authorized online payment processors through Shopify secure encrypted checkout.
• An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unforeseen material shortages.
4. 10-Year Structural Frame Guarantee
• Royal Rest Interiors stands behind the structural integrity of our furniture. Our bed frames and divan bases include a 10-Year Structural Guarantee covering timber frame defects and joint construction under normal domestic use.
• This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, accidental fabric staining, misuse, or commercial use.
5. Governing Law
• These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
