How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?
You can complete your order online or via WhatsApp without paying anything upfront. Our professional 2-man delivery team brings your bed, sofa, or wardrobe into your room of choice. Once you inspect the craftsmanship, upholstery, and dimensions, you simply hand the exact cash amount to the delivery driver. There are zero extra surcharge fees for COD.
What are your delivery timeframes across the UK?
Standard delivery takes between 3 to 7 working days across England, Wales, and lowland Scotland. Once your piece finishes artisan inspection, our logistics team calls or sends a WhatsApp message 24–48 hours in advance with a specific delivery date and time window.
Do you deliver to flats and upper floors?
Yes. Our white-glove 2-man delivery service includes carrying your furniture safely up flights of stairs or via service lifts straight into your designated room of choice. All large items (such as storage beds and multi-door wardrobes) are designed with modular packaging to fit standard UK hallways and doorways.
