• Shipping Cost: We proudly offer 100% Free Standard Delivery on all bed frames, divan bases, and bedroom sets across the UK Mainland.
• No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
2. Production & Delivery Timescales
All Royal Rest products are made to order to ensure the highest standards of British craftsmanship:
• Production & Crafting: 3 – 5 business days (handcrafting, timber frame assembly, and fabric upholstery).
• Transit & Delivery: 2 – 4 business days once dispatched.
• Total Estimated Delivery Window: 5 to 9 business days from the date of your order.
3. Pre-Delivery Booking & Tracking
We want your delivery day to be effortless:
1. Once your order is handcrafted and leaves our workshop, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing your tracking details.
2. Our courier team will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to confirm your assigned delivery date and provide an accurate time window.
3. On the day of delivery, the driver will call approximately 30 to 60 minutes prior to arrival.
4. Access & Staircase Preparation
• All our Small Double, Double, King Size, and Super King divan bed bases are constructed in two manageable halves designed specifically to navigate tight British hallways, stairwells, and doorways without obstruction.
• Please ensure pathways and the room of your choice are clear of obstructions prior to the delivery team's arrival.
